Edmonds Land Surveying, Inc. is owned by Bob & Brandy Edmonds and is a full-service land surveying firm headquartered on Colorado’s Northern Front Range. With the main office located just outside of Greeley and a satellite office in Fort Collins, we have experience in surveying in a large, fast growing service area. Since opening it’s doors for business in January of 2006, Edmonds Land Surveying, Inc. has strived to become the leader and set the standard in the land surveying profession. In this time span, we have built some strong relationships with very reputable clients.

Since 2006, Edmonds Land Surveying, Inc. has completed thousands of projects in Northern Colorado and has an extensive database of records. In 2007, we were fortunate enough to purchase the assets of Paige Land Surveying who was in business in Windsor for several years and added to our records.
Edmonds Land Surveying, Inc. takes pride in quality workmanship, great customer service, competitive pricing, and completion in a timely fashion. We utilize the latest in technology when it comes to surveying equipment and software. Our field equipment includes Global Positioning Systems (GPS) and Robotic Total Stations equipped with electronic data collectors. In the office we use CAD mapping software to produce our plats. Its the attention to the small details that sets us apart with a customized plan for every project.

About the Owner:
Bob Edmonds
Licensed Professional Land Surveyor
Bob has been gaining valuable experience in the land surveying profession since 1996. After graduating High School in Salida, CO, he attended Trinidad State Junior College in Trinidad, CO and graduated with an AAS degree in Civil Engineering Technology and as Valedictorian with a 4.0 grade point average. He then continued his education at the University of Southern Colorado (now CSU-Pueblo) in Pueblo, CO and graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology. All throughout college and after graduating, Bob worked for five different land surveying companies, each one offering various surveying experiences. Bob has had the privilege for working for Mincic Surveying in Trinidad, CO, Shields Survey Ltd Co. in Raton, NM, Hanten Surveying, Inc. in Pueblo, CO. Acklam Associates in Brighton, CO and RJL Surveys in Fort Collins, CO.
His time with those companies allowed Bob the opportunity to work on many differing land surveying projects through the years. His surveying experiences include many boundary surveys on residential and commercial properties; staking gas wells and pipeline projects in New Mexico and Colorado, helping complete one of the largest boundary surveys ever recorded (nearly 600,000 acres); staking cellular towers; and staking and laying out large subdivisions throughout the Northern Colorado Front Range area.
When Bob is not surveying, he can be heard announcing rodeos throughout the United States. Bob is a rodeo announcer in the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) having been selected 12 times to announce the Ram Mountain States Circuit Finals, twice to be selected to announce the National Circuit Finals Steer Roping and receiving the WPRA Announcer of the Year award in 2018. He is also an accomplished Auctioneer and attended the Western College of Auctioneering in Billings, MT. Bob, his wife, Brandy and their twin daughters, Kaycee and Koree also own and operate Gold Spur Productions, LLC - a company focused on the production of rodeos along with horse and livestock auctions. The family has a rich agricultural background and makes their home near Kersey, Colorado where they enjoy their performance horsesand various outdoor activities from team roping to hunting.
